Our Stock “Made in the USA” Metric Taperlock thread plug gages are manufactured to an “X” tolerance and offered in standard class 6H. As a special order, we offer G & H special metric classes with an array of pitch tolerances -4H,5H,6H,7H, & 8H. “Pre-Plate” or “Before Plate” as well as “W” tolerances. Our metric working thread plug thread gages are manufactured as large as 203MM. Our standard metric M & MJ thread work plugs range from size M3.5 to M39.
Many metric thread gages are on our shelves and can be shipped next business day if needed, our standard time to ship out is 3 work days for stock gages. Our gages meet or exceed all published thread specifications. Certificates adhere to NIST standards. Uncertainties are estimated at a 95% confidence level (K=2). Environmental controls maintain 68°F and 50% maximum humidity.
For ISO 17025 or A2LA certification, we can arrange third-party accredited lab calibration on request. This adds 1-2 weeks to your lead time and additional shipping costs, but we are happy to do it.
